I, Princesse Stephaney de
la Nouvelle Orle'ans am the proud title holder and first in the Nation of
this all gender encompassing pageant/contest. When I was first approached to
enter I laughed and said "of course, I have sponsors." I was rather amazed at
the varied gender & sexual orientation represented at this contest not to
mention the range of talents performed. There were male to female, female to
male, drag queens, females and some people I still am not sure of, as of yet.
The contestants kicked their heels up to their ears, blew trumpets, mimed songs
and sang some of them as well. I was amazed that I won after all of that!
This last year has been one of fun, laughter, tears of joy and leather! I have
represented the beauty of leather at the White House, Louisiana State Capital,
Beauty Pageants and even had the supreme honor of carrying the colors out at The
Lords of Leather Masque Bal 2003 . I am the first "out door plumbing" female
illusionist to be invited to Ms. Olympus Leather contest in 2003. I was unable
to attend because of health reasons but am proud to have been asked just the
same. Other leather titles in Louisiana that have been held by me (and can be
yours also) are Ms. Knights D' Orleans 2002 and Ms. Marigny Leather 2002. A
State title is what all "girls" hope for before they get old and fat. Well, I am
now all three! Ha! I hope that you also will be interested or know somebody that
would be interested in becoming the new "Miss Louisiana
Leatherette 2004" on October 11, 2003.
