Bal Masque XXVIII - Circuit
March 06, 2011       Sunday Evening     8 - 10 p.m.

The krewe proudly marked it's return to the Frederic J. Sigur Civic Center (previously known as the St. Bernard Cultural Center) with the production of Ball Mask XXVIII entitled Circuit. The ball was dedicated to Lord King XXVII - Alan Kelley who's recent passing was honored by his consort Tim Lott, Lord Consort XXVII as Gargoyles. Taking his inspiration from the notorious circuit parties from around the world, Gary Vandeventer, the Lord of Misrule presented the audience with an evening filled with fun and entertainment.  
Emcees for the evening were Darwin Singleton and Bianca Del Rio.  The tableau included costumes representing the following Circuit Parties - The Red Party, The Saint - NYC, The Black & Blue Festival - Montreal, Gay Days - Orlando, The Blue Ball - Philadelphia, Southern Decadence - New Orleans, The Fireball - Chicago, The Purple Party - Dallas, Halloween - New Orleans, The Hustlaball - Berliln, The San Francisco Street Fairs, Viva Las Vegas, Gays at Sea and Lazy Bear Weekend - Russian River.  Royalty for the coming year were presented as Lord King XXVIII - The Black Party - NYC and Lord Consort XXVIII, The White Party - Miami.
